If you are visiting Pigeon Forge in your Class A or Super C motorcoach, then there are plenty of campgrounds to choose from in the area. If you are exclusively looking for a Class A or Super C only resort, then there is only one choice, which is "The Dell Motorcoach Resort", a part of the "Hidden Mountain Resort" family.

The Dell Motorcoach Resort is located off the Parkway at traffic signal 12.6 at Apple Valley Road, and just .25 miles past The Apple Barn. 475 Apple Valley Road Sevierville, TN 37862 is the physical address to the Hidden Mountain Resort office. The resort location is located just 1 mile from the Parkway (The Main Strip) which has most of the attractions and dinning options Pigeon Forge has to offer. Dollywood is 5.5 miles from the resort, and if you didn't bring a "TOAD", there is a Trolley that will pick you up at The Apple Barn, and take you to the central hub where you can go to various locations in Pigeon Forge, including Dollywood and Gatlinburg.

Tips For a Great Experience
When driving to The Dell Motorcoach Resort on Apple Valley Road, just after you pass the Apple Barn and Cider Mill structure there will be a fork in the road. Take a right at the fork, and then before you get to the office you will see the entrance to The Dell Motorcoach Resort, to your left across from the white houses. Turn into the Dell and then proceed to the sign where you are instructed to unhook your "TOAD" if you have one, and then call their office for an escort to your site.
During your stay Parkway traffic peaks on Friday and Saturday between 1-7pm so plan on delays when traveling on the Parkway during these times, as multiple visitors are in town for the shows, attractions, shopping, dining, and gateway to Gatlinburg. If there is a special event for example "Rod Run". it could take you several hours to drive less than 10 miles.
As the pandemic eases most of the restaurants in Pigeon Forge are still experiencing labor shortages. I would try to avoid going to sit down restaurants between 4:30pm to 7:00pm to avoid long wait times. It has not been unusual to have 1-3 hour wait times even after the mask and gathering mandates have been lifted. An earlier or later dining time outside this window is advised.
When departing The Dell or Pigeon Forge, try to avoid leaving Sunday morning, especially in The Dell. There is a new 180 site campground that just opened, and there is only one road out of Apple Valley Road (with an RV), combine that with the IHOP and Apple Barn Breakfast traffic, exiting to the Parkway (Main Strip) will be very congested. Between 8am and Noon is the time that 90% of visitors in town are eating breakfast and departing as well. Sunday afternoon or late Saturday night is the best option in regards to traffic, if you must leave Sunday.
Summary
Make plans to bring your motorcoach to Pigeon Forge for a fun filled vacation or weekend getaway with all that Pigeon Forge and the surrounding area has to offer. Reserve your stay at "The Dell Motorcoach Resort" in a Class A or Super C motorcoach resort with spacious and secluded sites to kick back and relax in, at the end of the day. Be sure to review the tips above to make the most of your stay.
